Kimberly Owen’s sentencing has been postponed.

The hearing, previously scheduled for today, October 28, is now set for December 15 at 10 a.m. ET in federal court in Albany, New York.

The adjournment was granted on September 18. We have not confirmed the reason for the delay.

Kimberly Owen has been on release since her plea agreement on June 10th, 2025. She pleaded guilty to:

18:1349 and 18:1343 - (1) Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud with First Forfeiture Allegation

(2)18:1347 - HEALTH CARE FRAUD with Second Forfeiture Allegation

Her partner in the wire fraud case, Kris Rolgieri, former CEO of Prime Capital Ventures and other well-known companies, has already been sentenced to just over 8 years for the same conspiracy to commit wire fraud charge. Kimberly's brother, Chris Snyder, got a much lighter sentence for his role in the ponzi scheme.
