IMPORTANT: use the email address on file for your Funder profile because it instantly updates the guidelines. It's the same one you will receive email notifications for, such as brokers looking to sign up or new reviews.

​If you have not claimed your profile yet, then submitting this form will accomplish that using this email address, however, UW guidelines won't instantly update.

If your Funding company is not listed on our Funders List, then please go to

the Add Your Business page to submit the company info that we require.
