One of the first things I ask my potential brokers is,... Are you in it for the renewals?
I speak to many Iso's everyday wanting to board with us, and when I ask them how many files they renew, I hear crickets or excuses. Too many brokers are in this for the instant gratification or are too short sighted to see that the best business is repeat business!
Im looking for brokers who are all about solid relationships and renewing good business to build their books
