Who charges a Success Fee directly to merchants for LOC's, Real estate, equipment, etc?
I'm taking a LOC app and wondering what is common practice.

Isn't really a success fee. For real estate hard money, there is a broker fee and a lender fee on the closing HUD. Fees are listed on the funding for equipment. LOC lenders pay you a commission on draws. Success fees only apply on personal loans or Business start up CC/LOC.
