We are continuing to roll out new features, content, and products that will benefit members.

We launched a rewards program that while still in its beginning phases is available to view in the member's section.

Currently, there is a promotion for the first 10 people to make forum posts by a certain date, where the points will be added manually to your account, but there will also be rewards for receiving things like “Best Answers” as a token of appreciation.

You can see how many Best Answers you have on your profile as this image shows:

With regard to creating a new post in the forum, make sure your profile is "Public" and choose a category when publishing a new post.

You can tag people to help get answers using the “@” symbol, use hashtags, and hover over any name that has commented to view a snapshot of their profile then click to view the full Public profile.
