Purchase of natural gas plants in WY
needs $50MM
currently owns a plant worth $75MM (with 60% equity)
wanting a bridge to purchase, dismantle/rehab equipment, and sell
needs to move quickly - there were 5 plants, one is now sold, and another is selling soon
