Missouri Commercial Finance Bill gains momentum
A bit of news from Missouri, a bill creating a Commercial Financing Disclosure Law passed out of the Senate Insurance and Banking Committee yesterday. Senate Bill 753 passed with a unanimous vote of 6-0 as it continues to gain momentum.
