Would you be interested in lending or getting involved in a big deal.

I have a client getting properties as REO'S from the bank 30 cents on the dollar.

There would be 30 plus properties involved mostly in California.

The client has 800 plus credit scores, your appraiser can get into the properties, he has three properties with allot of equity about 5 million plus his investments another 3 million he could put up as collateral or pull funds from. He has not done any flips before but the group he is working with has. He is looking to also get an assignment clause built into the contract if that helps at all.
