Kris Roglieri to change plea!
Kris Roglieri, the disgraced former owner of Prime Capital Ventures, NACLB, Commercial Capital Training Group, Finance Marketing Group, and other companies, is scheduled to change his plea in court on November 13th, as he was facing trial to be held in January for five counts of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. It is expected that a guilty plea will be entered, with each count carrying a potential 20-year prison sentence.

Prosecutors have been seeking a $183.8 million judgment against the defendant for the Ponzi scheme he allegedly orchestrated with two co-conspirators, Kimmy Humphrey and her brother Chris Snyder, who have both pleaded guilty and will be sentenced in January 2026.
