Defendant Johanna Garcia request delay in plea hearing
In the MJ Capital case, Johanna Garcia is the ring leader. She was supposed to have a hearing on Juy 9th to change her plea as her attorneys have been working with prosecutors on a deal but the defense has now asked for a continuance of at least a week for the hearing. They are still reviewing the potential deals for Ms Garcia.
When the hearing does happen, Funder Intel will be in the courtroom.
