Start registering in Texas Sept 1 for the deadline end of December
If you are a sales-based financing provider or broker that will conduct transactions in the state of Texas, the OCCC will have the registration portal on the NMLS starting September 1, 2026.
The deadline to register will be December 31, 2026.
There will be a $1,000 fee for the initial registration and annual renewal.
