OnDeck/Ocrolus and Bluevine reports are out; what to know

Two new business outlook reports came out this week from OnDeck in combination with Ocrolus and Bluevine who also does a report using a third-party research firm. I'm going to quickly review them and give my first impressions on the data reported by small business owners across the country.
