Approvals will come back within 15-20 minutes 90% of the time. I can fund a deal within 2 hours of receiving the file.
These are the guidelines to Flawless Capital Group and how we operate.
- We fund B-D paper competing with high risk offers while also going out long, assuming the file approves.
- The absolute maximum we are funding for the time being is $500k.
- The absolute maximum term we will go out to is 28 weeks
- Our clawback is 35% on all deals from 10 days to 28 weeks
- We pay commissions in 10 business days (10 daily payments or 2 weekly payments)

All Submissions must require the last 3 months of bank statements minimum, a application, and past 15 days in the month a month to date as well.
Commissions:
High risk approvals
1.50//10%fees = Standard 14points
1.45//10%fees = 10points
As the rate goes down the points drop by 2
Tier A approvals
1.50//10%fees = Standard 14points
1.45//10%fees = 10points
As the rate goes down the points drop by 1
