If Im going to hire contractors to do sales calls and want all of their calls recorded and tracked in a CRM, what software do you like or use? How much per month?

I used to use Ooma office to record my calls and train with my team leaders at the end of the day. $35 monthly though so I only used it for the first few months when i was training and analyzing every convo.
