I am looking for a 1.4 million dollar term loan on 3.4 million dollars of Auto portfolio biz owner wants to close out his line of credit and pay it off on a term loan. His interest rate on the BLOC is 18% looking for better interest restricted industry i am hitting a wall any suggestions?
