Buy Rate: 1.25-1.50
Estimated Term Length: 40 to 130 days
Max Total Holdback: 22%
Position: 1st to 3rd
Max ISO Upsell: 12 points
Minimum of 7 deposits per month
Maximum of 3 negative balance days per month
Minimum of $20,000 monthly average revenue
Preferred Industries: restaurants & bars, retail, healthcare, service companies
Must illustrate positive cash flow
No defaults, bankruptcies, judgements, or tax liens
No merchants in Canada, Puerto Rico, USVI
No credit restrictions
Restricted Industries: construction (on a case by case basis), trucking, law firms, consulting, childcare
