What lenders will fund an auto wrap shop $80k/m that mainly gets payments through zelle?
The client is based out of NY
doing $80k a month in revenue
TIB since 2013
looking for $80k but will take $40k minimum
Need it to remodel his new location and get more inventory
No positions
around 70 deposits a month but they are 95% zelle payments
580 credit score
I submitted him to lenders such as velocity, torro, capybara, and they are all telling me low revenue because they dont count the zelle payments as revenue.
What lenders do you guys recommend?
