I have a client looking for a LOC for in-case moments.
He's a police sergeant and a real estate investor.
Has a $100K LOC with PNC. Has a $5M LOC with Renovo bank but its too restrictive for his needs.
Portfolio of real estate is $3.6M.
Looking for a $200-300K LOC.
