Back door company “Green Tree”
I submitted a deal
Through a couple of different lenders and this company named Green Tree called my merchant offing them $30,000 at $1,200 daily. I never gworked with these guys and one of the lenders I submitted to is actually a super broker. This shit needs to freaking stop because it's getting rediculous. Us brokers work our asses off to get deals in and for these bumbs praying on the hard work from us to steal our deals is sickning. The so called lenders number is +1 (832) 903-8282
He's a piece of shit saying "you don't need brokers I am A direct lender don't work with brokers I can fund you right now".
I called this guy acting like the merchants partner and this is what he tells me. It's so sad I hope he gets shut down.

Leave contact numbers and clients off your submissions(especially cell#)or put incorrect#, any Lender who has a problem with this, you tell them once my client is approved for funding and we can move foward i will surrender contact infomation prior to funding call (maybe not) Randy, when time for funding call, you must partake in call by listening in, you set up the 3 way, many will oppose, simply state, its propper business idicate, and its my work.
Do not let your submissions go off with out some type of hold. What i offer may not work all the time, but one of many things you can do, be creative, its your root work and not to be given off freely to criminals, and many are or want to be.
Also, place in upper corner and lower corner, a Broker ID # and company name if your incorporated and a logo too if possible. You want to litter up all and any paper you push.
Lastly, forget about all others, but the direct people your dealing with from each firm and you have to show some dominance because if your weak, that person finds the right person in the office or prior office they worked at and talked into deals for yours, mine and others work.
If ISO,s continuly call you or text ($😁$$😉$) lets submit!!, lets make money, isnt making any money thats your first sign of a shadey firm, so this ISO only has you? i had a person like this and i knew from day one he was full of shit, and i never gave him any work he started crying about its 2 months and you have no submissions. I didnt tell him i closed 2 that week but told him im working on it i just havent come accross the right fit for your guidlines. his only answer was, well this month you submit you get 2 extra points, hahah, he just nailed his coffen with me he's needy, desperate and one leg on the merry-go-round, 3 weeks later i see him on Linkndin bragging about his new job at a shop hes now a manager there.
