What are gudcapital and Ivy lender? https://www.ivylender.com/e-broker-platform and https://gudcapital.com/ - they both offer a platform with network of lenders and automations, are these big ISO groups? As for a software platform is this similiar to centrex?

Or with centrex you have to build your own database of lender network?
