You have 3 different operations and licenses. Cultivation, extraction and dispensary, Lenders like to see property ownership in the operation. If it's large scale, I can do private money. Otherwise there are several MCA lenders who can do it. Bank account has been an issue in the past.

@Matt Sutton, I would put capture the lead first, then if they click to fill out form have that embedded in the site or have a full app sent via electronic signature using a site like hellosign

I can Fund this Client up to 6 Figures on Credit and Entity alone and with a lower Rate than Any SBA Loan and funds in little over a week! I just funded a recent Client for $120K! Aloha Ed!

We have a strict no psf policy. Or any success fee that we charge. Everything we do is paid by lender or bank, etc.

The Fee Agreement is between you and your client - Why is the lender involved? Not a big fan a Fee Agreements, but I do understand why they are utilized at times.
