The TX bill is going to be a big problem as it's one of the funders 3 big states to fund in I suspect it will be the the beginning of a snowball effect into other states. Banks are exempt and to the best of my knowledge, we at Merit Business Funding, are the only bank owned revenue advance funder. We are owned by Meridian Bank. We are fielding calls from funders looking to partner with us, we are going to be selective to whom we partner with to fund deals in TX.
