I primarily broker real estate loans, but am getting more and more requests for revenue based funding and looking to expand those offerings.
I've signed up with a couple of aggregators like ROK, Lexington, etc.
What are other's opinions on going direct to funders or utilizing companies like those above?
I've sent a couple of deals through them and find the follow up and responsiveness, specifically with me, to be lacking. But that has just been my experience. Understanding, that I'm not a high volume producer for them as well. High volume producers likely have a direct line. 😀
Just looking for opinions as I navigate through this!

Hey Greg, I hope you are doing well.. Im with OnTap Capital we are a direct funder in the MCA's space focusing specifically in Canada. With us you will not feel unimportant or put last. Communication is key to us. If you are interested to a highly competitive funding option give me a call at 929-226-2506.
Greg, I am a direct funder and would love the opportunity to fund your deals. My email is paul@merchantmarketplace.com
If you don't know about different financial instruments, I'd recommend reaching out....as a direct lender isn't going to look at a file to determine the best option...they will only do what fits their guidelines and that doesn't help you. You are welcome to reach out as I've been in lending for years and I do pretty much everything revenue base, ter,m, SBA, equipment, factoring, real estate, asset based, persona loans, etc....I can do cash out equipment in a week. Revenue based loans are the highest cost loans a merchant can get. Look into al the options and determine which might be the best.

Greg,
Im sorry to hear you had that type of experience! Lack of communication sucks! I can help with that. Im a direct funder who was featured on Shark Tank with renewals that mimic a line of credit. we let you know what happened on all files and have a great line of communication.

When you understand how to close deals its always better to get signed up directly with a funder so you aren't splitting commission. There are many out there that will sign up low volume or new brokers.
