30 k Deal on table… guy can’t seem to figure out how to send contract. Merchant is ready to sign. Anyone want to match this offer?

I mean the guy who said we had a deal said he sent the contract, however the merchant never got it, and when asked he *the lender* couldn't remember the deal or find the contract to resend. Complete and utter freshmen type garbage... needless to say we are not working with them in the future. Not going to drop names.

ok gotya, sounds like incompetence or they dont want the deal anymore, for which they should just be honest.
