Broker Success fee agreement
I wonder if any of you are happy with the Success fee greement or origination fee agreement you use with your clients. I for one am not thrilled with mine and would appreciate others insight into what they use and if it has ever been a point of contention with a client. When a lender won't pay or requires you have you fee schedule be in place with the client before closing it can get awkward if it not clear concise and unambiguous. Any thoughts or insight would be appreciated.

We have a strict no psf policy. Or any success fee that we charge. Everything we do is paid by lender or bank, etc.
