Anyone lenders that do fix and flip/real estate lending? I have a few clients that want an MCA but their primary business is real estate/fix and flip.
We are not an MCA lender, but we are a direct short-term lender offering 100% of the purchase & 100% of the rehab up to 75% of the after repaired value (ARV) in these states AL, CT, DE, FL, GA, IN, KY, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.
