Rate: 14.5%

Term: 10 years with no prepayment penalty

Monthly payment: $792

I realize it's only 2% commisson of $1,000

But it's an option if they fail for the other options SmartBiz offers -you can ask for it if merhant is denied and it's available for them. Client lost money on their tax returns and P & L but I submitted it anyways and said to myself WTH.
