Hi Bapshil, are you asking the brokers how they found other ISOs or other ISO reps/managers at Funders?
Hi Jeff, either one works for me. I'm a marketer for a small funder in NY but I haven't been in the industry for very long. I have my own ways of finding ISOs but I'd just thought I'd ask around to see if anyone had any helpful tips or strategies that have worked well for them.
@bapshil fatal ok understand. Well in here its really for funders to communicate not brokers so you wont find many, although since this is still not used much wont find many funders, which you could help change.
I think the best way is to continue to call as many as possible, then get them onboard, then find out who really can submit and close the types of deals you are looking for. Continuous followup and contact is key. Must show results in the form of funded deals, on either side.
Thanks for the tip. In the beginning, I would personally use Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram (rarely), Google searches, funding directories, ISO/broker forums and free email lead generation tools to find people that we could potentially work with. Are your methods more or less the same?
